Administrative Law

Regulation of professions, industries and trades is a growing area of law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal is a forum to hear a review of decisions by the Building Services Authority, Architects Board, and Engineers Board.

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal hears review applications in respect to Federal Agencies such as the Civil Aviation Safety Authority.

Reviews of decisions by other state agencies can be heard by the Supreme Court pursuant to the Judicial Review Act 1991.

We have experience in all of these forums and can assist you to navigate through the process. Often the decisions of regulators may be life changing and your rights to review these decisions can mean the difference between life as usual or significant change.
