We represent both owners and builders in negotiating,
drafting and advising on matters relating to building & construction. We also represent clients in mediations and
hearings before the Commercial and Consumer Tribunal (incorporating the
Queensland Building Tribunal). These cases include the recovery of money owed
by the owner to the builder and pursuing a builder to remedy or complete
building works. We have also handled many appeals and reviews of decisions by
the Building Services Authority and defended disciplinary proceedings commenced
by the Authority.
