Glendon Young

Glendon commenced practice as a Solicitor in 1976 after completing 5 years articles and legal studies through the Solicitors Board. The same year Glendon commenced work as a partner of a mid sized CBD legal firm and working up to head of the Litigation Department. In this position Glendon's work included dealings in most areas of law locally, nationally and internationally. In 1986 work required that Glendon gain admission as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of Solomon Island.

In 1995 Glendon Young retired from that practice and commenced his own consultancy leading to the development of Tavern at Peregian Beach and the consultancy developing into Winchester Young + Maddern.

Glendon has extensive experience in all fields of practice of the firm and has an interest in two R & D companies commercialising in new technologies.
